About the Role

We are seeking a proactive, multitasking Marketing & Operations Executive to support our growing logistics and freight services.

You will be responsible for driving market reach, generating business leads, managing client inquiries, and handling essential day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities

Identify potential clients (manufacturers, distributors, traders) and execute outreach via calls, emails and direct visits, if required.

Office & Operational Support :

Handle incoming client inquiries, track load requirements and coordinate booking details.

Provide routine administrative support, including filing, email management and vendor communication.

Qualifications & Skills :

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in marketing,



back-office operations or client coordination (logistics/transportation experience preferred).

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and comfortable using transport management software or web portals.

Solid written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent problem-solving, time-management, and negotiation abilities.
