Role Description The Marketing Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai, responsible for driving brand growth and visibility across online and offline channels. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, managing social media and digital presence, and planning promotions that strengthen Kolorr’s brand positioning in the houseware market.

The role involves coordinating with design, sales, and operations teams to ensure consistent messaging, analyzing campaign performance, and optimizing strategies based on data and customer insights.

The Marketing

Manager will also oversee agency or vendor relationships, manage marketing budgets, and support new product launches through targeted initiatives and content. This position requires proactive ownership of marketing activities and close collaboration with internal stakeholders to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in brand management, campaign planning, and go-to-market strategy.
- Candidates should possess skills in digital marketing, social media management, and performance tracking using analytics tools.
- Candidates should possess skills in content development, copywriting,



and ensuring consistent brand messaging across channels.
- Candidates should possess skills in market research, consumer insights, and competitor analysis to inform marketing decisions.

- Relevant experience in FMCG, retail, home décor, or houseware brands is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is preferred; an advanced degree is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to work on-site in Mumbai are required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES · Plan and execute ATL & BTL campaigns and activations across Tier 1 & Tier 2 cities.

· Develop marketing budgets, ROI structures and spend plans in coordination with the Marketing Head.

· Plan the annual festive marketing calendar and execute campaigns as per business priorities.

· Drive new product launch marketing

, from campaign planning to market execution.

· Coordinate with Sales, Regional/Zonal teams and internal departments for seamless campaign execution.

· Manage creative, communication and design agencies

, ensuring timely delivery of marketing requirements.

· Lead and manage the BTL team

, including activation planning and market routes.

· Monitor campaign performance, market trends and competition to identify growth opportunities.

· Manage marketing vendors, purchase orders and payments within approved budgets.

· Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing and business objectives.

· Co-ordinating with inter-department for design and packaging requirement

· Ensuring the process of design request and its execution is completed.

· Co-ordinating with the design department for timely delivery of the design & marketing assets.
