Position: Marketing Manager

Location: Pune

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

Brand & Corporate Marketing

- Develop and maintain strong company branding across all platforms.
- Ensure consistency in brand communication, visuals, and messaging.
- Create and manage company profiles, brochures, presentations, case studies, and other marketing collateral.
- Coordinate with designers, content creators, and external vendors.

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

- Manage social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Plan and execute organic and paid digital marketing campaigns.
- Handle Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, remarketing campaigns, and other online advertising platforms.
- Optimize campaigns for lead generation, conversion, and ROI.
- Track campaign performance using analytics and reporting tools.

Website & Content Management

- Coordinate website updates, landing pages, SEO initiatives, and content publishing.
- Create professional marketing content, blogs, email campaigns, and promotional communication.
- Support sales teams with marketing materials and lead nurturing activities.

Exhibitions & Events

- Plan and manage exhibitions, trade shows, corporate events, webinars,



and client engagement activities.
- Coordinate booth branding, marketing materials, vendor management, and event promotions.
- Ensure proper lead capture and post-event follow-up strategies.

Analytics & ROI Tracking

- Monitor marketing KPIs, including lead generation, conversion rates, CAC, ROAS, engagement, and campaign ROI.
- Prepare regular performance reports and improvement strategies.
- Align marketing activities with business growth objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a service-based or B2B company.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and performance marketing.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Google Ads
- LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Meta Ads
- Google Analytics
- SEO & social media tools
- Strong communication, presentation, and content-writing skills.
- Experience in handling exhibitions, events, and vendor coordination.
- Creative mindset with strong analytical and execution capabilities.

- Understanding of B2B marketing and long sales cycles.
