We're looking for an ambitious Sales & Marketing Intern who is in the final year of their degree , passionate about marketing, business, technology, and startups, and eager to learn in an early-stage environment where ownership, curiosity, and creativity are part of everyday work.

You'll work closely with our founders, sales, and marketing teams across multiple initiatives - from B2B marketing and lead generation to digital campaigns, market research, content, and brand building.

Every week brings new challenges, opportunities to experiment with different marketing approaches, and exposure to how a modern technology company builds its brand and business.

What You'll Do

· Conduct market, industry, competitor, and customer research.

· Identify target companies, potential customers, and key decision-makers.

· Support lead generation, prospect identification, and qualification activities.

· Assist with LinkedIn, email, social media, and digital marketing campaigns.

· Create and support marketing content, presentations,



sales collateral, and business materials.

· Support brand-building and social media initiatives.

· Research emerging technologies, industries, and market trends relevant to Mativyx.

· Assist the sales team with prospect outreach, follow-ups, and sales enablement activities.

· Maintain accurate lead, prospect, and campaign information in CRM or other tracking tools.

· Track campaign activities, engagement, and basic marketing performance metrics.

· Collaborate with sales, technology, product, and business teams.

· Bring new ideas and experiment with creative approaches to improve brand visibility and customer engagement.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who enjoys learning, experimenting, communicating, and solving business problems. You should have:

· A Bachelor's degree in progress and be currently in the final year of graduation .

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· A genuine interest in marketing, sales, business development, and technology.

· Curiosity to understand how technology companies build products, brands, and businesses.

· Robust research and analytical thinking skills.





· Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-moving startup environment.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

· A proactive mindset with ownership and accountability.

· Confidence to share ideas, ask questions, and experiment with recent approaches.

· Familiarity with LinkedIn, Canva, Google Workspace, MS Office, or CRM/marketing tools is an advantage.
