Job Title: General Manager – Hotel
Location: Noida/ Agra
Experience: 8–15 years in hotel operations
Key Responsibilities:
Manage overall hotel operations and profitability.
Lead Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B;, and other departments.
Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and service standards.
Drive revenue, occupancy, and cost-control targets.
Manage and develop hotel staff and departmental heads.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and statutory standards.
Handle guest concerns and operational challenges effectively.
Preferred: Hotel management qualification with robust leadership and hotel operations experience. Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
