ABOUT THIS ROLE

We are looking for a motivated and organised HR Executive to join our team at the head office in Tripunithura, Kochi. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, handle PF and ESI compliance, maintain employee records, conduct inductions, and support general HR functions. This is a hands-on role with real ownership, reporting directly to the AGM.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Manage end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, interviews, offer letters, and joining formalities
Conduct induction and orientation for all recent joiners
Handle PF and ESI administration — registration, contributions, returns, and employee queries
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and maintain all statutory registers
Maintain accurate employee records, personal files, contracts, and HR documentation
Coordinate attendance, leave,



and payroll inputs with the Finance team
Handle employee queries and support the implementation of HR policies
Assist the AGM in training coordination and any other HR initiatives

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of HR experience — covering recruitment, compliance, and employee records
Working knowledge of PF, ESI, and applicable labour laws — mandatory
Proficiency in MS Office — Excel, Word, email
Fluent in Malayalam and English — spoken and written
Organised, reliable, and able to work independently
Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG company is an advantage
