Job Title: HR Intern
About the Role
We're hiring an MBA fresher as an HR Intern to support recruitment, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations.
Responsibilities
Help with hiring: posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews
Support current hire onboarding
Maintain employee records
Help plan employee engagement activities
Assist with HR documentation and reports
Handle basic HR admin tasks (attendance, leave tracking)
Requirements
MBA, fresher
Positive communication skills
Basic MS Excel/Office knowledge
Willingness to learn
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
