Manager Treasury Operations

Qualification: MBA / Masters in Finance (MFA/MBA Finance or equivalent)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Treasury professional with a robust progression in Treasury functions, starting with Treasury Operations and MIS and subsequently moving into a Front Office Treasury / Trading role.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in treasury front-end activities, hedging, treasury deals/trades, liquidity management and financial markets, preferably within banks, equity/broking firms or financial services organizations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and support Treasury Operations and Treasury MIS activities.
Execute and manage Treasury deals and trades across relevant treasury products.
Handle hedging activities, including FX, Interest Rate, Commodity or other applicable treasury products.
Monitor and manage liquidity and treasury exposures.
Analyse financial markets, treasury products and associated risks.
Support Front Office Treasury / Trading activities and market operations.
Prepare and monitor treasury-related reports and MIS.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders,



banks and financial institutions for treasury transactions.
Ensure timely execution and monitoring of treasury transactions.
Provide analytical insights on treasury positions, market movements and risk exposure.

Required Skills & Experience
7–10 years of progressive experience in Treasury.
Solid experience in Treasury Operations and Treasury MIS during the initial career.
Demonstrated progression into Front Office Treasury / Trading.
Hands-on experience in Hedging.
Experience in executing and managing Treasury Deals / Trades.
Robust understanding of Treasury Products, Financial Markets and Risk Management.
Exposure to Liquidity Management and Market Operations.
Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to coordinate effectively with banks, financial institutions and internal stakeholders.

Preferred Industry Background Candidates from the following backgrounds will be preferred:
Banks with exposure to Treasury MIS + Treasury Operations + Front Office Treasury.
Equity / Broking Firms with Treasury Trading experience.
Financial Services Organizations with active Treasury Front Office operations.
