We are seeking an energetic and target-driven Land Executive to lead on-ground land scouting and property identification across North and South Bangalore.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying prospective land parcels, connecting with local landowners and brokers, evaluating site potential, and assisting our acquisition team.
Fluency in spoken Kannada and a willingness to undertake extensive local travel daily are mandatory

Qualifications

• Educational Qualification: Any degree • Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in spoken Kannada (essential for building trust with local landowners and local authorities).




Working knowledge of English or Hindi is an added advantage.
Mobility: Must possess a valid driving license and a two-wheeler/vehicle for extensive daily field travel across North and South Bangalore.
Local Geography: Robust familiarity with Bangalore’s layout, outer peripheral zones, expanding corridors, and village limits. Key Competencies & Soft Skills:
Robust interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
High level of initiative, self-motivation, and comfort working independently in the field.
Basic digital literacy (proficiency in smartphone usage, Google Maps, WhatsApp, and basic Excel/Word reporting). .
