Job Title: Marketing Executive – Marketing & Client Management

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Marketing Executive to handle digital marketing, lead generation, client follow-ups, and client relationship management for VR Here.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through online and offline marketing activities.
Manage leads received through website, social media, referrals and other platforms.
Follow up with prospective clients and convert enquiries into clients.
Maintain regular communication with existing clients.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the concerned internal team.
Track client tasks, follow-ups, proposals and onboarding.
Ensure timely updates and smooth communication between clients and the team.
Handle Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and other digital marketing activities.
Coordinate content, reels, campaigns and promotional activities.
Maintain daily/weekly reports on leads, follow-ups and conversions.
Build and maintain robust client relationships.

Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in Marketing,



Business Development, Client Management or a related field.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong follow-up and convincing skills.
Knowledge of social media and digital marketing.
Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Ads or Google Ads is an advantage.
Proficiency in English and Telugu.
Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
Target-oriented, proactive and responsible.
Experience in CA firms, Tax, GST, Accounting or Business Consultancy is an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate: Someone who can take ownership of lead generation → follow-up → client conversion → client relationship → coordination with the execution team.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
