The Manager – Digital Marketing would be a key player in TAG’s growth story, leading the vision from the front with the following roles:
Define and execute TAG’s end-to-end digital marketing strategy to strengthen brand positioning and accelerate business growth
Lead, mentor, and manage the digital marketing team, setting explicit goals, KPIs, and performance standards while fostering a high-impact, cooperative culture
Own performance tracking and analytics for all digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, social media, and content campaigns; translate insights into actionable optimization strategies
Drive the creation of high-impact marketing assets such as case studies and infographics to drive business development and client engagement
Plan, manage, and optimize multi-channel social media campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, and other relevant platforms to maximize reach, engagement, and brand visibility
Oversee website, blog, and landing page optimization strategies to improve search rankings, user experience, and sustained growth in high-quality organic traffic




Stay ahead of digital and social media trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices; proactively integrate insights into TAG’s marketing roadmap
Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, sales, and design teams to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.

The ideal candidate must have -
Bachelor's or equivalent in any discipline
Leadership mindset with experience managing teams and cross-functional stakeholders
Strong analytical and creative mindset with the ability to turn insights into scalable marketing initiatives
Solid understanding of SEO and content optimization, with experience driving visibility and organic traffic growth
Proven ability to ensure brand consistency and content quality across all digital channels.
4+ years of experience in digital marketing with solid ownership of strategy, brand governance, and performance outcomes

Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to ₹58,000.00 per month
