Preferred Experience:

10 to 12 years of software development experience, with extensive hands-on experience in Java 21 for building enterprise-grade applications.
Solid working experience in Spring Boot 3.x and Spring Framework 6.x, including designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend services and APIs.
Hands-on experience with ORM frameworks such as Hibernate or JPA for data persistence, entity modelling, and transaction management.
Working experience with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and Oracle, including database design, SQL development, stored procedures, and query optimization.
Experience in containerization using Docker and Kubernetes and deploying enterprise applications to Azure OpenShift or similar container platforms.
Experience in developing responsive and user-friendly UI applications using React and Redux frameworks.
Proven experience in performance tuning of Java-based applications, APIs, database queries, and application components to improve scalability, response time, and reliability.

Key Tasks




Perform hands-on development of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions, including responsive UI development, aligned with product requirements and engineering standards.
Translate business and technical requirements into robust application features, reusable components, APIs, and backend services.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design notes, code documentation, deployment details, and knowledge transfer artefacts.
Conduct peer reviews of design, code, and deliverables to ensure quality, maintainability, security, and adherence to agreed engineering practices.
