Key Responsibilities
Ideate and develop content and design concepts for social media, websites, and digital campaigns.
Support the conceptualization, planning and execution of internal events, branding initiatives, and engagement activities.
Coordinate with designers, agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Develop structured research reports and competitor analyses to inform strategic marketing decisions. Create presentations, brochures, and marketing collateral in alignment with brand guidelines.
Conduct market trend research and propose ideas to strengthen brand visibility.
Assist in daily marketing operations with accuracy, professionalism, and a problem-solving mindset.

Desired Skill Set:




Robust writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Canva, PowerPoint, and social media tools.
Creative thinking with keen attention to detail.
Prior exposure to real estate, co-working, or lifestyle marketing is a plus.
