As we scale toward Payment Aggregator (PA) and PPI operations, we're looking for a Lead – Operations to drive our core operational engine. What you'll own: Payment &

• Merchant Operations – settlements, reconciliation, chargebacks, merchant onboarding &

• KYC/KYB Escrow &

• Banking Operations – RBI-mandated escrow management, nodal bank relationships, daily reconciliation Customer Operations &

• Support – L2 support, RBI-compliant grievance redressal, CSAT & dispute analysis Cross-Functional Coordination – operational readiness across tech, product, finance & legal Team Leadership – lead and grow a team of 5–6 professionals across operations What we're looking for:



6–9 years in fintech/payments/banking operations, with 2–3+ years leading a team Hands-on experience at a payment aggregator, gateway, wallet, or RBI-regulated fintech Solid grasp of RBI PA/PPI frameworks, KYC/KYB, and NPCI products (UPI, IMPS, NACH) Experience managing escrow accounts and end-to-end settlement operations High ownership mindset and comfort operating in a fast-paced startup setting If you want to build the operational backbone of India's next-generation payments infrastructure, we'd love to hear from you.
