Job Title: Medical Representative (MR)

Qualification: 12th to Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, or a related field

Work Experience: 1 -5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales. (Freshers do not apply)
Develop and maintain robust relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and other medical institutions.
Promote and sell products to healthcare professionals and institutions.
Provide detailed product information and address queries from healthcare specialists.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Prepare and submit regular reports to management on sales activities and performance.
Organize and conduct product presentations and demonstrations for healthcare professionals.
Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.




Achieve and exceed sales targets set.
Coordinate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, or a related field.
Atleast 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate
Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
