Position: International Voice Process Executive Location: HSR Layout, Sector 6, Bangalore Work Mode: Work from Office Shift: Night Shift Working Days: 5 Days a Week Weekly Off: 2 Days Job Responsibilities Handle inbound/outbound international customer calls professionally. Understand customer requirements and provide accurate solutions. Maintain excellent communication and customer service standards.

Follow call handling procedures, quality standards, and process guidelines. Maintain proper call records and update customer information. Meet assigned productivity, quality, and performance targets. Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate team when required.

Requirements Excellent English communication skills – verbal and written. Comfortable working in a night shift . Good listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in an international voice process/customer service is preferred. Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply. Candidates should be comfortable working from the HSR Layout, Sector 6 office.
