Job Summary

We are looking for polite, attentive, and customer-focused Service Staff to provide excellent service to guests. The candidate will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining table cleanliness, and ensuring a positive dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome customers in a polite and professional manner.
Assist customers with seating and provide menus.
Explain menu items, specials, and offers when required.
Take accurate food and beverage orders.
Enter orders correctly into the POS system or communicate them to the kitchen.
Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
Ensure correct dishes and quantities are served to customers.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Clear and clean tables after customers leave.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining/service area.
Refill water, cutlery, tissues, and other service items as required.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery.
Handle customer requests and complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Assist with table setup, opening, and closing duties.




Follow restaurant hygiene, safety, and service standards.
Support the team during peak hours, events, and special occasions.

Qualifications & Experience
Minimum basic education preferred.
Previous restaurant/service experience is an advantage.
Freshers may be considered based on attitude and communication skills.
Ability to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
