Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and achieve daily production targets.
Set up and optimize injection moulding process parameters.
Troubleshoot moulding defects and machine issues.
Handle mould changeovers and process validation.
Ensure product quality and reduce rejection.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance & PPC teams.
Implement 5S, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke and safety practices.
Maintain production reports and process documentation.
Required Skills:
Experience in Injection Moulding Process.
Knowledge of Plastic Raw Materials (PP, PE, ABS, PC, etc.).
Process troubleshooting and cycle time reduction.
Knowledge of OEE, 5S, Quality Tools and Lean Manufacturing.
Robust manpower handling and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Industry: Medical Devices, Automotive, Plastics Manufacturing.
