Position Summary: Supervise operation, preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems across the university campus.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise electrical, HVAC, plumbing and related MEP systems.
Plan and monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Supervise technicians and outsourced maintenance personnel.
Monitor DG sets, UPS, panels, pumps, HVAC equipment and water systems.
Coordinate AMC/OEM vendors and emergency repairs.
Maintain maintenance schedules, checklists and breakdown records.
Monitor energy/water consumption and support cost optimization.
Ensure safety procedures and statutory requirements are followed.

Qualification & Experience: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, MEP or related discipline; 4–8 years’ relevant experience, preferably in a university, hospital, hotel or large facility.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
