Assist Product Managers with user research, requirements, user stories and product documentation.
Support organisation and mapping of medical content, MCQs, videos, tests, notes and clinical cases.
Coordinate with Academics, Faculty, Engineering, Design, QA and Operations.
Perform functional testing and provide transparent feedback on product features and learner journeys.
Support clinical case collection, validation, tagging and publishing workflows.
Track user feedback, product metrics, defects and improvement initiatives.
Use AI tools for research, documentation, summarisation and product analysis while validating outputs responsibly.
Interest or basic understanding of medical education, MBBS, NEET PG or NEET SS is preferred.
Robust analytical, communication, problem-solving and documentation skills.
Basic understanding of web/mobile applications, Agile and software development.
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Excel/Google Sheets, analytics or SQL is an advantage.
