Sarvagya Healthcare is looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive to drive on-ground growth and referral network for our Gynaecology & Obstetrics department, working closely with our lead consultant, Dr. Swati Singh (Obstetrician & Gynaecologist, MBBS, MS — Gold Medalist).

What you'll do

? Build and maintain strong relationships with referral doctors, clinics,



diagnostic centers, and pharmacies

? Plan and execute field visits, doctor meetings, and area mapping for referral generation

? Organize and coordinate health camps, awareness drives, and community outreach programs

? Represent the department at local events, seminars, and CME programs

? Distribute promotional materials, brochures, and department offers to target clinics/doctors

? Track referral inflow, follow up with existing referral sources, and report on visit outcomes

? Identify new areas/localities for expansion of referral network

What we're looking for:

✅ 1–3 years of experience in field/hospital marketing (healthcare background preferred)

✅ Robust interpersonal and relationship-building skills

✅ Comfortable with daily field visits and travel within Lucknow

✅ Good communication skills — Hindi & English

✅ Own two-wheeler preferred

✅ Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Marketing background is a plus)
