Objective

Generate recent business opportunities through field visits, customer relationship building, market development, lead generation, and sales conversion for Pavers, RMC, Blue Metals & Blocks, and Precast products.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit architects, builders, contractors, engineers, dealers, consultants, and project sites.
- Generate new leads and business enquiries through regular field visits.
- Identify upcoming construction and infrastructure projects and collect customer requirements.
- Conduct product presentations and explain product features, benefits, and applications.
- Promote and market Pavers, RMC, Blue Metals & Blocks, and Precast products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
- Coordinate with the sales team for quotations, negotiations, and order conversion.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and existing customers.
- Update all customer interactions, enquiries, and follow-ups in ERP/CRM on the same day.
- Submit daily visit reports and regular activity updates.
- Collect market intelligence, competitor information, pricing, and customer feedback.
- Support promotional activities, exhibitions,



campaigns, and local marketing initiatives.
- Achieve assigned field activity, lead generation, and business targets.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, accounts, and other departments to ensure smooth customer service.

Candidate Requirements

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in Civil / Construction / Building Material Sales is mandatory.
- Experience in Pavers, RMC, Blue Metals, Blocks, Precast, or other construction materials will be preferred.
- Candidates who are native to Coimbatore, Tirupur, or Salem are preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence required.
- Basic knowledge of ERP/CRM and MS Office will be an advantage.

Work Location & Reporting

- Remote / Field-Based: Candidate will work from their respective territory and handle customer visits and business development.
- Weekly Factory Reporting: Every Saturday, the candidate must report to the Erode / Perundurai factory for sales review, planning, and reporting.
- Primary territories: Coimbatore, Tirupur, and Salem.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
