About the Role

We are looking for a creative, driven, and hands-on Marketing professional with 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, brand marketing, or a marketing agency.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across multiple marketing activities, coordinating with agencies and internal teams, and converting ideas into effective campaigns and content.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the planning and execution of digital marketing and brand campaigns.
- Coordinate with external digital, creative, social media, and performance marketing agencies.
- Manage and execute social media content calendars across relevant platforms.
- Coordinate with creative teams for campaigns, creatives, videos, communication assets, and brand collaterals.
- Assist in managing performance marketing campaigns, including campaign coordination, tracking, and basic performance analysis.
- Monitor digital marketing metrics and prepare regular reports on campaign performance.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Support website, marketplace, and other digital initiatives as required.
- Work closely with Sales, Product, and other internal teams to align marketing activities with business objectives.
- Assist in planning and executing events, launches, activations, and brand initiatives.
- Ensure consistency in brand communication across all marketing touchpoints.




- Stay updated on digital trends, social media platforms, consumer behaviour, and marketing best practices.

What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, brand marketing, or a marketing agency.
- Strong understanding of social media, digital marketing, content, and campaign execution.
- Experience working with or managing external agencies will be an advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong organisational and project-management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of marketing analytics and campaign performance metrics.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
- Experience in the FMCG, wellness, nutrition, Ayurveda, D2C, or consumer brands will be an added advantage.
