About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing Content Writer who can imagine, design, and structure powerful ad and social media video concepts. Your role will focus on visual storytelling — turning campaign objectives into clear storyboards, mood boards, and shot breakdowns that editors and designers can bring to life.

Key Responsibilities

1. Video Conceptualisation & Visualisation

- Develop creative video ideas for ads, campaigns, and social content.
- Create visual mood boards, references, and style guides for each campaign.
- Suggest visual elements like transitions, pacing, hooks, and on-screen text placement.

2. Storyboarding & Shoot Planning

- Translate campaign concepts into scene-by-scene storyboards.
- Provide shot lists, framing suggestions, and transition ideas for editors.
- Ensure storyboards are clear, structured, and easy for production teams to follow.

3. Creative Direction Support





- Collaborate closely with editors and designers during post-production.
- Review drafts, provide creative feedback, and align outputs with the intended vision.
- Maintain consistency in look, tone, and creative identity across all video deliverables.

4. Trend & Platform Awareness

- Research emerging trends in video content, editing styles, and formats.
- Recommend cutting-edge approaches to keep content engaging and platform-relevant.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in marketing content writing/ video visualisation/ creative direction support.
- Strong portfolio with storyboards, video concept decks, or visual campaigns.
- Proficiency with Canva, Figma, Photoshop, or other visual/storyboarding tools.
- Awareness of social media video formats (Reels, Shorts, TikTok, YouTube).
- Strong eye for design, storytelling flow, and visual detail.
- Ability to collaborate with editors, designers, and marketing teams effectively.
