Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, organized, and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to support the marketing team in planning and executing marketing activities, managing social media, coordinating campaigns, conducting market research, and maintaining marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Manage and update company social media pages and assist with content creation.
- Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, posters, and promotional content.
- Coordinate with designers, agencies, vendors, and other external partners.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Support lead-generation and customer-engagement activities.
- Assist in organizing events, exhibitions, meetings, and promotional activities.
- Maintain marketing databases, customer lists, and campaign records.
- Track campaign performance and prepare basic marketing reports.
- Assist with email marketing,



WhatsApp campaigns, and other digital marketing activities.
- Coordinate with the sales team to support lead generation and follow-up.
- Monitor customer feedback and market responses.
- Perform other marketing and administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role; freshers may also apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.
- Familiarity with MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools is an advantage.
- Good writing and content-creation skills.
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
