Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Marketing Assistant role.

The Marketing

Assistant will support day-to-day marketing activities, including coordinating campaigns, preparing marketing materials, and assisting with digital and offline initiatives.

Responsibilities include conducting market research, tracking marketing performance metrics, and helping maintain customer databases and documentation. The role also involves supporting sales and customer service teams with communication materials, responding to inquiries,



and ensuring consistent brand messaging across channels.

The Marketing

Assistant will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to help drive brand visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Qualifications

- Robust Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to present information professionally.
- Market Research skills to gather, analyze, and interpret data on competitors, customers, and trends.
- Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, provide support, and contribute to a positive client experience.
- Sales and Sales & Marketing skills to assist with lead nurturing, campaign execution, and promotional activities.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (social media, email marketing, content marketing) is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations) and familiarity with CRM or marketing tools is an advantage.
- Relevant coursework or a degree/diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is beneficial.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience
