- Social Media

- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and YouTube.

- Create and schedule social media posts, reels, stories, and promotional content.

- Monitor social media engagement and respond to basic inquiries.

- Track campaign performance and prepare reports on key metrics.

Lead Generation &

- Admissions Support

- Assist in managing student leads generated through various marketing channels.

- Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure timely follow-up on inquiries.

- Maintain and update lead databases and CRM systems.

- Support student engagement activities to improve conversion rates.

Content Creation

- Create marketing collateral including brochures, emailers, presentations, and promotional material.

- Coordinate with faculty and designers for content development.

- Assist in writing blogs, newsletters, student success stories, and testimonials.

- Ensure marketing content aligns with the institute's brand guidelines.

Events &

- Promotions

- Coordinate webinars, seminars, open houses, education fairs, and promotional events.

- Support event logistics, registrations, and post-event follow-ups.

- Assist in developing promotional strategies for new course launches and batches.





Market Research

- Conduct competitor analysis and track market trends in the education and professional certification space.

- Identify opportunities to enhance student outreach and brand visibility.

Administrative Support

- Manage marketing documentation and campaign records.

- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal stakeholders.

- Prepare periodic marketing performance reports.

- Basic knowledge of Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar marketing tools.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Mass Media, or related field.

- 0-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the education, training, or coaching industry.

- Fresh graduates with relevant internships may also apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
