Role Description The Marketing and Publicity Intern will support day-to-day marketing and communication efforts to strengthen RecruitFutures’ brand and outreach. This internship role is hybrid, based in Jaipur, with some work-from-home flexibility.

Responsibilities include assisting with social media content creation, supporting marketing campaigns, conducting basic market research, and helping with promotional activities and events. The intern will collaborate with the team to prepare marketing materials, engage with audiences,



and track campaign performance. The role also involves coordinating with internal stakeholders, responding to inquiries, and contributing creative ideas to increase visibility and engagement.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills, such as gathering and analyzing data on industry trends and target audiences.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Customer Service skills to support outreach, follow-ups, and client or candidate interactions.
- Candidates should possess Marketing Strategy skills, with the ability to contribute to planning and executing basic marketing and publicity initiatives.
- Interest in marketing, recruitment, or HR, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
- Basic familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
