Job Summary

We are looking for a Team Lead – Market Research to manage and guide a team of market research executives while ensuring high-quality research calls and accurate data collection. The ideal candidate should have strong team-management skills, excellent communication abilities, hands-on experience in call auditing/quality monitoring, and good working knowledge of MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage, motivate, and monitor the day-to-day performance of the Market Research team.
- Conduct regular call audits to evaluate call quality, adherence to scripts, communication, probing techniques, and data accuracy.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to team members based on call audits.
- Track individual and team performance against defined KPIs and targets.
- Ensure the team follows research processes, calling guidelines, and quality standards.
- Identify performance gaps and implement corrective and improvement plans.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Analyze research and calling data to identify trends,



issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate with management and other departments to ensure smooth execution of research projects.
- Handle escalations and support team members in resolving operational challenges.
- Conduct team briefings, training sessions, and regular performance reviews.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of assigned projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3–6 years of experience in Market Research, Telephonic Research, Customer Research, Quality Auditing, or a related field.
- Prior experience in team handling/team leadership is required.
- Strong experience in call monitoring and auditing.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas, sorting/filtering, pivot tables, data analysis, and reporting.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage targets, deadlines, and multiple projects.
- Solid attention to detail and quality orientation.
- Ability to coach, motivate, and manage team performance.
- Comfortable working with performance metrics and MIS reports.
