- Telecaller

Lead Generation

- Make outbound calls to potential customers received through Meta Ads, Google Ads, website, WhatsApp, and other lead sources.

- Generate interest in the company's real estate projects.

- Identify genuine prospects and qualify leads based on customer requirements.

- Understand customers' budgets, preferred property types, locations, and investment requirements.

Product &

- Project Explanation

- Explain real estate projects, locations, pricing, facilities, and investment opportunities to potential customers.

- Provide accurate information about available properties.

- Handle basic customer questions and objections professionally.

- Convince potential customers to consider the company's projects.

Customer Follow-Up

- Follow up regularly with interested and prospective customers.

- Maintain continuous communication with leads until the next stage of the sales process.

- Record customer requirements, responses, and follow-up details accurately.

- Ensure timely follow-ups with qualified prospects.

Site Visit Coordination

- Generate and schedule property site visits for interested customers.

- Coordinate with the sales and field teams regarding scheduled site visits.

- Follow up with customers before and after site visits.

- Support the sales team in converting qualified leads into site visits and potential bookings.

CRM &

- Record Management

- Maintain accurate lead information and follow-up status in the CRM.

- Record connected calls, interested leads, follow-ups, and scheduled site visits.

- Maintain customer data using CRM, MS Excel, and WhatsApp.

- Ensure accuracy and regular updating of customer records.

Sales Target Achievement

- Make daily outbound calls according to assigned targets.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

- Work toward improving lead-to-site-visit conversion.





- Contribute to sales and property booking targets.

Reporting

- Prepare and submit daily calling and performance reports.

- Track call volumes, qualified leads, follow-ups, and site visits.

- Provide regular updates to the Team Leader or Sales Manager.

Required Skills

Communication Skills

- Good Hindi communication skills.

- Basic English communication is preferred.

- Confident and pleasant telephone manner.

- Good convincing and customer-handling abilities.

Sales Skills

- Lead generation and qualification.

- Telecalling and telesales.

- Customer follow-up.

- Objection handling.

- Negotiation and convincing skills.

- Ability to work toward sales targets.

Technical Skills

- Basic knowledge of CRM software.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.

- Comfortable using WhatsApp and other communication tools.

Education

Job Requirements

- Minimum 12th Pass.

- Graduate candidates are preferred.

Experience

- Years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or real estate is preferred.

- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
