About the Role

We are looking for bright and ambitious fresh engineering graduates to join Sadbhav as Graduate Marine Engineers / Management Trainees.

The selected candidates will undergo structured on-the-job exposure across marine engineering, equipment operations, maintenance, project execution, technical coordination, and engineering support functions.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who want to build a career in Marine Engineering, Heavy Engineering, Infrastructure, Project Management, and Asset Operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the operation, maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting of marine and heavy engineering equipment.
- Develop an understanding of propulsion systems, engines, pumps,



hydraulic systems, piping, auxiliary machinery, and other mechanical systems.
- Support senior engineers in planning and execution of maintenance and engineering activities.
- Assist in equipment inspections, preventive maintenance, breakdown analysis, and root-cause investigations.
- Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, equipment manuals, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, workshops, and internal engineering teams.
- Support project execution, equipment installation, commissioning, and repair activities.
- Prepare technical reports, maintenance records, MIS reports, and other engineering documentation.
- Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities for improving reliability, efficiency, and safety.
- Ensure adherence to engineering standards, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Take ownership of assigned engineering projects and progressively handle greater responsibilities.

What We Are Looking For We are looking for candidates who demonstrate strong academic fundamentals and high learning agility, rather than extensive prior experience.

Eligibility

- B.E./B.Tech in:

- Marine Engineering

- Mechanical Engineering





- Naval Architecture

- Production / Industrial Engineering

- Other relevant engineering disciplines
- Minimum 70% marks in Graduation.
- Candidates from premium engineering institutes/colleges preferred.
- No prior full-time work experience required.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Strong fundamentals in Mechanical / Marine Engineering.
- Good understanding of engineering mechanics, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and machinery.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Comfortable working with technical drawings, engineering data, and equipment documentation.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ownership and execution mindset.
- Willingness to work in a hands-on, operational, and project-oriented environment.
- High willingness to learn and adapt.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Leadership potential and demonstrated involvement in technical projects, competitions, internships, or extracurricular activities will be an advantage.
