Shift: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Weekly Off: 1 Rotational Week Off

Salary & Incentives:

- 15,000 - 18,000 In-Hand

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle customer calls related to banking and credit card products.
- Explain product features, benefits, and offers to customers.
- Generate leads and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer information and follow process guidelines.
- Provide professional customer service during every interaction.

Candidate Profile:

- Minimum HSC / 12th Pass.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Basic to average communication skills.
- Good convincing and customer-handling abilities.
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented setting.
