Role Description The Manager role at Zuari Cement Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in Tirupati. The Manager will oversee daily operations within their assigned function, ensuring production, quality, safety, and compliance targets are met in line with company standards.

Responsibilities include planning and coordinating resources, monitoring performance metrics, optimizing processes, and resolving operational issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams. The Manager will also be expected to lead and develop team members, support reporting and documentation requirements,



and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen efficiency and productivity. Regular communication with senior leadership and stakeholders will be required to align local activities with organizational goals.

- Operational and process management skills, including experience in production planning, workflow optimization, and performance monitoring within manufacturing or industrial settings.

- Understanding of cement, construction materials, or related heavy industry operations; familiarity with quality, safety, and environmental standards is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field; advanced qualifications or relevant certifications are beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in an industrial environment in Tirupati and adapt to dynamic operational requirements.
