Design and manage the organization's employee training and skills-development program, covering both soft skills and technical skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess training and skill gaps across departments.
- Create annual / quarterly training plans and schedules.
- Conduct and coordinate soft-skills and technical training.
- Design structured manager and employee skill-building programs.
- Identify internal and external trainers and training resources.
- Source relevant training content, reference material and industry best practices.
- Create and maintain training PPTs, modules, manuals and learning material.
- Organize workshops, classroom sessions and online training.
- Develop role-based training programs for Sales, Service, Projects, Operations, Finance and other teams.
- Track attendance, completion and training effectiveness.
- Conduct post-training assessments and measure skill improvement.
- Maintain a centralized Training Calendar and Training MIS.
- Work with department heads to identify future skill requirements.
- Build a continuous-learning culture across the organization.

Ideal Candidate
- Experience in L&D;, corporate training, HR training or organizational development.
- Strong program planning and coordination skills.
- Excellent PPT creation and training-content development skills.
- Positive presentation and facilitation capability.
- Comfortable using AI tools for content creation and learning development.
- Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to independently build and execute a company-wide skills development program.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
