Aikyam Capital is looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial professional to join and help build our Stressed Asset & ARC Business Vertical.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and manage robust relationships with SAM teams of banks, FIs, ARCs and other financial institutions
- Source and track stressed asset, NPA and auction opportunities
- Identify, evaluate and shortlist distressed asset investment opportunities
- Coordinate legal, financial, technical and commercial due diligence
- Prepare investment evaluation, transaction and opportunity assessment reports
- Develop relationships with HNIs, investors, corporates, family offices and funds
- Manage the complete transaction lifecycle — sourcing, evaluation, bidding, negotiation, documentation and closure
- Coordinate with banks, legal advisors, valuers, consultants and other transaction stakeholders
- Maintain transaction MIS, market intelligence and ensure regulatory compliance
- Contribute actively towards building and scaling the Stressed Asset & ARC business

What We’re Looking For
- Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Law, Business Administration or a related discipline
- MBA / CA / LLB preferred
- 4–8 years of relevant experience in Stressed Assets,



ARC, Banking, Restructuring, Insolvency or Financial Services
- Strong network and relationships with SAM departments of banks and financial institutions
- Good understanding of SARFAESI, IBC, RBI guidelines and distressed asset transactions
- Strong analytical, relationship management and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and grow a business vertical

✔ Strong bank, FI and ARC relationships established

✔ Investors successfully onboarded

✔ Transactions successfully concluded

✔ Revenue and business generated

✔ Robust opportunity assessment and due diligence framework established
