nn Role Overview

nThe Placement Manager / Senior Manager is responsible for facilitating campus placements, building corporate relationships, and enhancing student employability through structured training and industry engagement.

nn Key Responsibilities

n1. Campus Placement Management

n

n
- Coordinate and execute end-to-end placement activities
n
- Invite companies for campus recruitment drives
n
- Schedule interviews, tests, and selection processes
n
- Ensure smooth conduct of placement drives (online/offline)
n

n2. Corporate Relations

n

n
- Develop and maintain relationships with HRs, recruiters, and industry leaders
n
- Identify new companies for placement opportunities
n
- Organize industry visits, guest lectures, and networking events
n

n3. Student Training & Development

n

n
- Identify skill gaps and arrange:
n
- Aptitude training
n
- Soft skills development
n
- Technical workshops
n
- Prepare students for:
n
- Resume building
n
- Group discussions
n
- Personal interviews
n

n4. Placement Strategy & Planning

n

n
- Develop placement calendars and annual strategy
n
- Set placement targets (number of offers, companies, packages)
n
- Track and improve placement statistics year-on-year
n

n5. Data Management & Reporting

n

n
- Maintain student databases (eligible, placed, offers)
n
- Generate reports on:
n




- Placement status
n
- Company participation
n
- Salary trends
n
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (HR, Admin, Faculty)
n

n6. Internship Management

n

n
- Facilitate internship opportunities for students
n
- Track internship performance and conversion to full time roles
n

n7. Compliance & Documentation

- Ensure all placement-related documentation is maintained
n
- Follow institutional policies and reporting standards
n
