Location: Chennai /n Experience: 4–5 Years /n Employment Type: Full-Time /n About the Role /n Startup Singam is looking for an Investment Banking professional to join our growing investment ecosystem. /n The role will focus on executing fundraising mandates and building robust relationships with Family Offices, HNIs, VCs, PE funds and other institutional investors. /n Key Responsibilities /n • Manage fundraising and investment banking mandates end-to-end /n • Evaluate businesses, financials and fundraising requirements /n • Prepare financial models, valuations, pitch decks, teasers and Information Memorandums /n • Develop transaction and fundraising strategies /n • Map and approach relevant investors for each mandate /n • Manage investor discussions and founder interactions /n • Coordinate due diligence, term sheets and transaction processes /n • Support negotiations and drive deals towards closure /n • Build and manage relationships with Family Offices and Multi-Family Offices /n • Develop relationships with HNIs, VCs, PE funds and institutional investors /n • Understand investor thesis,



sector preferences and ticket sizes /n • Build and maintain a strong investor and deal pipeline /n What We're Looking For /n • 4–5 years of experience in Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory, M&A;, PE/VC Advisory or Boutique Investment Banking /n • Hands-on experience executing fundraising or transaction mandates is mandatory /n • Strong financial modelling and valuation skills /n • Experience working directly with founders, CXOs and investors /n • Good understanding of startup and growth-stage fundraising /n • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills /n • Existing Family Office / HNI / VC relationships will be an advantage /n Important /n This is a deal execution role, not purely an investor relations or startup ecosystem role. /n We are specifically looking for candidates who have worked on live mandates and understand the complete transaction lifecycle from origination and preparation through investor outreach, due diligence and closure. /n If you have the experience and want to work at the intersection of startups, capital and Family Offices, we'd like to hear from you.
