Responsibilities
Ensure material availability in Stores and dispatch as per defined Min–Max levels.
Prepare monthly procurement plans for RM, BOP, consumables and sales requirements.
Control and minimize inventory levels in Stores.
Review daily/weekly/monthly material shortages in Stores and Dispatch and take corrective action.
Ensure proper receipt and issue of all materials, including RM, BOP, FOC and job-work materials.
Ensure Stores, Purchase and Sales processes comply with IATF and QMS requirements.
Support implementation of TPM and 5S activities.
Ensure proper material accounting and reconciliation at supplier end.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the superior.
