2. Raw casting dimensional inspection according to procedure.
3. 100% raw casting visual inspection.
4. 100% visual inspection both raw casting & machining surface at final inspection.
5. 100% Critical dimension inspection of machined castings.
6. Dimensional inspection of machined castings at final inspection according to procedure.
7. Co-ordination for third party/Customer offering.
8. Handling of customer complaints.
9. Rejection monitoring, handling & control.
10. Co-ordination for calibration.
11. Responsible for external/internal audits.
12. Co-ordination for NDT activities (VT/DPI/MPI/RT/HYDRO/WELDING)
13. Submission of hard copy of QC documents along with the consignment & Soft copy by e-mail.
14. Co-ordinating sub contract inspection.
15. Fulfilling and adhering the system requirement.
