Role & responsibilities

- Conduct project cost analysis and share with Manager QS and planning for approval

- Perform material reconciliation
- Ensure materials are as per the BOQs/ BOMs

- Conduct project cost tracking and work order tracking in a timely and productive manner.

- On- going cost analysis of maintenance and repair work.

- Conduct site visits with manager QS

- Assess and make projections for future work.

- Work closely with Contractors to ensure timely receipt of bills

- Monitor timely completion of Contractor billing certification activities as per contract terms and Organizational guidelines

- Monitor and control Labour Bills by working closely with contractors

- Ensure Labour Bills are within project budgets. Inform project manager and Sr. Manager QS in case of any deviations

- Coordinate and follow up with the Finance &





- Accounts Department to arrange for timely payments to Vendors / Contractors

- Maintain and update database of all BOQs, contractor bills, tax invoices, payment receipts and related documentation in ERP

- Lead the development of periodic MIS

- Leverage the ERP to efficiently process & report QS metrics

Support Manager QS in driving implementation of Department SOPs and ensure consistency of Quantity Survey (QS) practices across the Organization

Preferred candidate profile

- Well versed with Estimation &
- Measurement Methods and Techniques

- Knowledge of Rate Analysis

- Knowledge of Cost Control Methods and Commercial Terms &

- Conditions

- Knowledge of ERP and Software Packages
