About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Production Intern to join our Production team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the localization industry by supporting multilingual content delivery, project coordination, and quality processes. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the Production team in coordinating localisation and translation projects.
Track project timelines and update project status.
Support file preparation, organisation, and documentation.
Coordinate with project managers, linguists, and vendors for smooth project execution.
Perform basic quality checks before project delivery.
Maintain accurate project records and reports.
Follow company processes, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
Handle administrative tasks related to project production as assigned.





Required Skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Positive organisational and time management abilities.
Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Problem-solving mindset and a positive attitude.
