Position: Placement Coordinator

Program: Udayan Care Skilling & Livelihood (UCSL)

Location: Delhi – Head Office

Salary: ₹30,000–₹32,000 CTC per month

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with employers for placement opportunities.
Coordinate placement drives, interviews and job fairs.
Track candidates from training completion through placement and retention.
Coordinate with training centres and placement teams.
Maintain placement MIS, reports and documentation.
Support employer engagement and develop current placement partnerships.

Candidate Profile:
Graduate/Postgraduate in a relevant discipline.
Prior experience in placement, employability,



recruitment or employer engagement preferred.
Valuable communication, coordination and networking skills.
Willingness to travel for employer meetings and placement activities.
