Qualification: Postgraduate in Social Work, Psychology, or related field

Experience: 3–5 years in child protection/NGO sector

Key Responsibilities
Child admissions & care planning
Case documentation & legal compliance
Coordination with CWCs/JJBs & government bodies
Educational, medical & emotional support for children
Staff supervision & training
Ensuring child safeguarding and JJ Act compliance

Required Skills:
Solid understanding of JJ Act, POCSO & child safeguarding
Excellent documentation and reporting skills




Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace & MIS tools
