Coordinate with customers regarding documentation, agreements, payments, possession, and other formalities.

Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally.

Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, CRM, Legal, Finance, and Operations.

Track customer requests and ensure timely resolution.

Maintain accurate customer records and regularly update CRM systems.

Follow up with customers for pending documents, payments,



and other requirements.

Ensure a smooth transition from sales closure to possession/handover.

Prepare regular reports related to customer issues, pending cases, and post-sales activities.

Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention. # Requirements * Minimum 3 years of experience in post-sales/customer relationship management in the real estate industry.

Graduate in any discipline.

Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written.

Robust customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.

Good knowledge of real estate post-sales processes and documentation.

Solid coordination, follow-up, and interpersonal skills.
