Operations Manager KHPL is looking for a responsible and organized Operations Manager to manage day-to-day operations and ensure smooth coordination between teams and management.

Responsibilities
Manage daily business operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Coordinate with different teams and follow up on assigned tasks.
Monitor team performance, productivity, and work progress.
Ensure daily tasks, targets, and deadlines are completed on time.
Maintain daily reports, records, and operational updates.
Coordinate with management and provide regular updates.
Identify operational issues and take necessary action to resolve them.
Ensure proper communication and coordination within the team.
Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion.
Help improve internal processes and overall work efficiency.




Handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Support management in planning and executing business activities.

Requirements
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage and coordinate a team.
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
