Product Manager – Digital Channels
Own the roadmap, feature backlog, and lifecycle of assigned platform modules or product domains, aligned with business priorities and customer needs.
Define product vision, business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications to deliver scalable and customer-centric solutions.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Business, Technology, UX, Architecture, Operations, and other stakeholders to prioritize and deliver platform capabilities.
Promote the adoption of common platform components and ensure maximum reuse, minimizing duplication across products and journeys.
Ensure solutions are designed for consistent usage across Web, Mobile, API, and H2H channels, delivering a seamless omni-channel experience.

Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and industry trends to drive continuous enhancements and operational excellence
8+ years of Product / Platform Management Experience
Good understanding of Corporate Banking Domain and workflows.
Ability to breakdown complex business problems into easy, reusable and adaptable product features.
Team and Stakeholder Management.
