Job Responsibilities: Execute and manage FTTH / FTTX fiber deployment and rollout projects . Coordinate with field teams, vendors, contractors and clients for timely project execution. Monitor OFC route, cable pulling, fiber blowing, splicing and network installation .

Supervise aerial & underground fiber deployment, HDD, trenching and duct installation. Handle installation and maintenance of ODN / PON network infrastructure . Coordinate activities related to OLT, ONT, FDB, FAT, FDT and Fiber Joint Closure .

Conduct/coordinate OTDR testing, fiber testing and troubleshooting . Ensure project quality, safety, documentation and completion within defined timelines. Prepare daily/weekly project progress reports and coordinate issue resolution.

Required Technical Skills / Keywords:



FTTH / FTTX ODN / PON GPON / XG-PON Fiber Splicing OTDR Testing Fiber Blowing Cable Pulling OFC / OFC Route Fiber Distribution Box (FDB) FAT / FDT OLT / ONT Aerial & Underground Fiber HDD / Trenching Duct Installation Fiber Joint Closure Eligibility: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Telecom, Electronics, Electrical or related field preferred. Minimum 1 year of relevant FTTX/FTTH/Telecom experience . Robust field coordination, vendor management and problem-solving skills.

Candidates willing to travel within Hyderabad/project locations will be preferred.
