Role & responsibilities
Manage and monitor daily hospital operations.
Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical departments for smooth workflow.
Ensure effective utilization of manpower and hospital resources.
Monitor patient flow, service quality and operational efficiency.
Address operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate with HODs for departmental requirements and performance.
Monitor billing, housekeeping, maintenance,IPD, security, front office, facility and support services.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, SOPs and quality standards.
Track operational MIS, KPIs and departmental performance.
Support NABH/quality initiatives and regulatory compliance.




Identify process gaps and implement corrective and improvement measures.
Handle patient/service-related concerns and coordinate for resolution.

Preferred candidate profile
Graduate/Postgraduate in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration or related field.
7 to 12 years of experience in hospital operations, preferably in a multispeciality hospital.
Robust knowledge of hospital processes and cross-functional coordination.
Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel, MIS and HIMS.
