Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to manage the installation and operation of Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP), Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), and Water Treatment Plants (WTP). The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day activities on-site, ensure timely reporting to higher authorities and clients, and maintain effective site operations.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise in office activities and ensure project milestones are met.
Monitor and manage the workforce, ensuring adherence to project standards and safety protocols.
Regularly update project progress to senior management and clients.
Coordinate material supplies and track inventory specific to each site.
Communicate with vendors to address and resolve any on-site challenges.
Oversee the installation and operational processes of ETP, STP, and WTP plants.




Ensure compliance with project deadlines and quality benchmarks.

Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience in supervising ETP/STP/WTP installation and operation projects.
Ability to effectively manage and lead workers.
Experience working on projects across multiple states in India.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel and stay at project locations for extended durations.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
