Project Specialist IT

We are looking for an experienced Project Specialist to support and coordinate IT projects, working closely with business stakeholders, project teams and technology teams to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities
Support end-to-end planning, coordination and execution of IT projects.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and project objectives.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track project deliverables, timelines and dependencies.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, trackers and status updates.
Identify project risks, issues and dependencies and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for resolution.
Support requirement gathering, process analysis and documentation.
Coordinate project meetings, prepare MOMs and track action items to closure.
Monitor project progress against agreed timelines, milestones and deliverables.




Assist in process improvement and implementation of technology-driven solutions.
Communicate project status, key risks and updates to internal and external stakeholders.
Support UAT, implementation and post-project activities wherever required.

Candidate Profile
3–7 years of relevant experience in IT Project Coordination / Project Management / Business Analysis / PMO / Project Specialist roles.
Experience working on IT/technology projects is mandatory.
Solid stakeholder management and communication skills.
Good understanding of project lifecycle and project delivery processes.
Robust analytical, documentation and problem-solving skills.
Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Azure DevOps or similar tools will be an advantage.
Exposure to Agile / Scrum / SDLC methodologies is preferred.
Robust proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
